Borussia Dortmund beats TSG Hoffenheim: Adeyemi & Brandt 3-1

Borussia Dortmund secured their second consecutive victory over TSG Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga on Sunday, with a thrilling 3-1 win at Signal Iduna Park.

The match was dominated by Borussia Dortmund's attacking trio, with Jadon Sancho and Erling Haaland both finding the back of the net for the hosts. In the first half, Haaland opened the scoring with a powerful header from outside the box, before Sancho doubled the lead just before halftime with a clinical finish from a tight angle.

In the second half, Borussia Dortmund continued to press and create chances, but it was TSG Hoffenheim who drew level through a well-taken goal from substitute Andre Schurrle. However, Borussia Dortmund responded with a late strike from Julian Brandt, who capitalised on a defensive error to slot home from close range.

The result means that Borussia Dortmund have now won four of their last five games in all competitions, and are firmly in the mix for a top-four finish this season. Meanwhile, TSG Hoffenheim remain in mid-table and will be looking to bounce back against Eintracht Frankfurt next weekend.
